Every individual age 3+ will be required to register and wear an official badge from registration while in the contracted event space.

All children in high school or younger, must be accompanied by a badged adult at all times.

It is important to note that some the conference/workshop content is geared towards adults, and some images/videos/presentations may be upsetting to younger audiences.

If the official proposal submission deadline has passed, but you think you have a proposal that Lifesavers Conference won’t want to miss, you may email Tracy McClure at mcclure@lifesaversconference.org to see if it’s not too late. The planning committee typically reviews proposals for the month following the proposal deadline, so if it’s past that time frame we have likely already begun planning workshops and can’t add in another. If that’s the case, we encourage you to apply the following year.

The Lifesavers Conference consists of Board of Directors, Lifesavers Planning Committee (LPC), and conference management team. The Board and LPC are volunteers from across the country. Board members are chosen from within the organization, but we are always looking for additional experts to join our LPC. If you are interested, please contact Michele Mount, the Lifesavers Conference Executive Director.
