Lifesavers Conference does NOT accept phone cancellations. Attendee registration cancellations must be made in writing and may be emailed to khoury@lifesaversconference.org. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.
Cancellation requests received by February 8, 2027 will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
Requests made after February 8, 2027 and “no-shows” are not eligible for a refund.
If you have not yet made payment when you cancel, you are still responsible for the $100 administration fee.
Canceling your conference registration does NOT cancel your hotel reservation. You must cancel separately according to the hotel instructions.
Substitutions are welcome and may be made before the conference or onsite.
The person submitting a substitution request is responsible for any outstanding balance associated with the registration and for updating the attendee’s contact information.
Badge sharing/splitting is STRICTLY prohibited.
By registering for the 2027 Lifesavers Conference, you acknowledge that you are participating in conference events and activities of your own free will and assume responsibility for your own well-being.
You acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and any additional viruses exists in any public place where people are present. You voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to viruses and agree not to hold Lifesavers Conference or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
Lifesavers Conference plans to take photographs during the 2027 conference for use in its educational, news, and promotional materials, including print and electronic media and the Lifesavers Conference website. By participating, you grant Lifesavers Conference the right to use your name and photograph for these purposes. All such materials are the property of Lifesavers Conference and may be displayed or used by Lifesavers Conference.
Unless you have opted out, the contact information you provide will be included on the attendee list. Only exhibitors have the opportunity to purchase the attendee list.
No organization or individual attending the Lifesavers Conference is permitted to film during the conference for their own purposes, such as to promote a program, service, or product. This policy is in place to protect all attendees’ and exhibitors’ privacy and because it could be construed as an endorsement of the organization and/or its product, service and/or project by the host State and/or the Lifesavers Conference.
Organizations/individuals are also not permitted to use the Lifesavers Conference and/or general Lifesavers logo without express written permission.
Lifesavers Conference will have hired videographers and photographers on-site.
To qualify for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received no later than January 8, 2027.
